We are always looking for determined, hard-working young people who want to learn a trade and build a career in construction. Most of our team have been with CPM for ten years or more — our longest-serving operatives for over twenty — and many started with us as trainees, working alongside experienced tradesmen in grinding and pointing, external wall insulation, rendering, structural repairs and general building, and gaining recognised qualifications as they go. If you have the right attitude, we will give you the skills.
